(Oct. 13, 2009) – GEICO AMA Endurocross, presented by E3 Spark Plugs, would like to remind everyone that activities begin in the pro pits at noon on Saturday, Oct. 24th, with riders signing autographs before they boot up for their 3 p.m. pro practice session. And both the pro pit access, as well as access to the 3-5 p.m. pro practice and Hot Lap qualifying session at Denver’s National Western Event Center are free to the public. “Opening the pro pits and afternoon practice session gives those curious fans a chance to see GEICO EnduroCross at no cost,” said Mike Karsting VP of Events for Source Interlink Media. “Should they decide to stay for the night show, we’ve got tickets available at several different price points starting at 13 bucks for kids ages three to 12.” Fans of off-road racing will be able to meet current GEICO EnduroCross series points leader, KTM’s Taddy Blazusiak and Monster Energy/Kawasaki’s Ricky Dietrich – the defending series champion – along with recent Columbus, Ohio, round winner Geoff Aaron of nearby Bailey, Colo. “It’s great interacting with the fans of EnduroCross,” said Aaron. “We not only get to talk about the upcoming event, sign posters and pose for pictures, but also talk about what trails we’ve been riding and share stories on some of our favorite off-road spots.
