Here we go
again, but this time instead of a theme, we have a potpourri of
stuff that will make you shake your head and wonder what was in
the mind of these people when they created these ... things.
So sit
back, crack open a cold one, and laugh your ass off.
The
cave man bike looks like it belongs on the Flintstones. It was part of a spoof
at the Tortugamoto club, wherever that is. Even though this bike
might look crude, it had highly advanced flat-proof tires.
Another
fine effort from those cut-ups at the Tortugamoto club, this
one called the Moto Mucca. Quite frankly, this bike was an
"udder" failure.
What
do you do when your Aermacchi motor gives its last gasp and you lost your front end ... somewhere?
Why, if you live in Italy, you turn it into a mailbox.
However,
if you live in the US, you turn a useless old bike into the
rolling water closet. Top speed is limited due to the poor
aerodynamics.
The
Russians built this bike to handle riding in deep snow, sand,
or mud. Don't believe us? Then look at the next picture.
Sliding
out in the corners? No trouble at all with the outrigger bike.
The engine appears to be an old Jawa two stroke.
This
appears to be a Laverda twin that those clever Italians
somehow managed to turn it into a fire truck. Sort of.
If
your old Moto
Guzzi doesn't have enough traction, you can always
slightly modify it for better climbing qualities.
If
you don't have much use for your bike any more, perhaps you
can volunteer to have it parked under a jumping bus. That
would certainly qualify it as a strange bike.
I
don't even want to hazard a guess as to what this is, or what
kind of bike it's based on. But it just might qualify as the
strangest bike of the year.
Hey Super Hunky! Ummm, the "Italian" mailbox has U.S Mail on the front of it:)
