Hello Rick, I have a 1972 YAMAHA LT2 100CC ENDURO, with a Mikuni VM20SH Carb. After reading your article I am totally confused. In the section on Throttle Slides the last part, I have BOTH conditions at the same time. To Eliminate the flat spot, I have richened the needle jet one notch richer from Factory seting, and now the engine doesn't want to run. Please, Advise me here. Thanks, Nitro.

this was a great article....i know a number of people who are using these but none of them seem to be able to help. I am slowly figuring out these on my own and from great articles like this.

Thank you for this. I just recently bought a 1964 Fuji Rabbit Touring scooter and am trying to get carb tuning specs. Very helpful, this article. Any chance of being able to get full size versions of the pictures in the article? Kind regards, -eric.
